Chicken Salad
Aaron Weber's recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 3 ribs of celery, sliced.
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 6 leaves basil, chiffonaded
- 2 teaspoons thyme
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons tarragon, minced
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Meat from a 3 - 4 pound roasted chicken, cubed
- 2 Tablespoons vadouvan, optional
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before serving.
